Finding Hope Through the Living Water
ENCOURAGE ~ INSPIRE ~ EMPOWER
We connect women through stories HOPE of transformation from brokenness to redemption and heartfelt conversations.
Our mission is to encourage, inspire and empower all women to attain the living water of hope through the love and grace of Jesus Christ!
The Women at The WELL is based on the scripture of John 4:13-14 and Jesus's beautiful conversation with the Samaritan woman He met at the well.
Debbie Gronner, the Founder and CEO of The Women at The WELL, was called to launch the ministry in November of 2016.
Throughout her own journey of pain, struggles and suffering
-- which is chronicled in her book, "I Got This! - GOD" -- author name (Deborah Bennett)
she has learned that her HOPE comes from her faith in Jesus Christ.
As Debbie is driven to share this hope with others, God continues to show her vision for a ministry which provides:
I am honored to serve alongside Debbie and the beautiful women that make up The Women at The WELL.
I truly believe that "women need women" in their lives for encouragement, friendship, prayer needs and joy.
My hope is that participants will find these values and more within our circle.
God called me to minister and lead women years ago.
One night in a dream, the Spirit spoke to me and ask me to help and support Debbie. I didn't know what she needed, but I knew I needed to be obedient.
I pray that this ministry will be a blessing to all who attend and need the love of Christ.
Many years ago, I promised God that I would be His hands and feet, wherever He lead.
Since then, I do my best to listen to God, for His direction and for His leading, wherever it takes me.
One day, I came across Debbie’s call for help. In that moment, God just moved me to respond to the request!

One day, I came across Debbie’s call for help. In that moment, God just moved me to respond to the request!
I can’t even tell you what I typed in response. I had been seeking somewhere to serve, and God led me to The Women at The WELL.
The Women at The WELL gives a voice to women whose stories can change the lives of other women. It certainly has changed mine.

I received a “God nudge” to share my story in the early days of The Women at The WELL. I didn’t want to do it but wanted to be obedient to God. I was only able to share part of my story because I had some more healing to do from my past. I was “nudged” a second time to complete my story years later and spoke again.
By sharing my complete story I have found my voice and taken back my power as a child of God. Without The Women at The WELL, that voice would still be silenced. Because of the impact this ministry has had on my life, I said yes to serving with the team.
God answered my prayer request for an opportunity to give back and support women, by bringing Debbie Gronner into my life. Being involved with The Women at The WELL, provides opportunities to encourage women. In a world where people often feel alone, we need each other. Women need the companionship and support of other women.

The Women at The WELL provides a community where women have a safe place to be their authentic selves and be supported through authentic relationships.
I was invited to The Women at The Well a little over a year ago. It was their monthly Thursday night gathering where a woman shares her testimony. I was invited to The Women at The Well a little over a year ago. It was their monthly Thursday night gathering where a woman shares her testimony. I remember at the end of the speaker’s story, I asked a question and commented on how her story blessed me. Next thing I knew, I got a phone call from Ms Debbie asking me to speak at their upcoming conference! I didn’t know Ms Debbie at the time, all I did was make a comment about the event. What I love about The Women at The WELL is the community and sisterhood it provides. In this community, your sisters will pour into you and pull things out of you, like Ms Debbie did for me- speaking. Sometimes we don’t know what gifts God has blessed us with and other times we know but we” re stubborn and need an extra push to walk in it! This group of women provides hope, encouragement, empowerment, and the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Women, we need each other. We need to know it’s not just us going through difficulties alone; The Women At The Well provides safety and reassurance that you never have to do life alone. No matter the season, there’s room for every woman; You’re Welcome Here.
Many women meet together the first Thursday of each month, either in person or virtually, to grow as a community and as individuals.
Come hang out with us and take the next step towards finding a group of women for fellowship.
The Women at The WELL developed slowly and prayerfully,
beginning in the heart and mind of a woman whose desire it was to serve
the Lord by reaching out to women in her community with the hope and
peace that can only come from a relationship with Jesus. Prayer led the
ministry from its earliest beginnings, long before it had a name, a place to
meet, or women to serve. It continues to be led by prayer today, and the
Lord continues to direct and provide.
I want everyone to know how The Women at The WELL helped me at the saddest time in my life!
My oldest brother became very ill and, before that, my beautiful Mom had been diagnosed with Dementia which became Alzheimer’s, and it was devastating. Needless to say going to The Women at The WELL helped me get through my brothers passing.
The Women at The WELL was having a retreat in October. I was able to share my sorrow, and the feeling I would not be able to deal with it. The Women at The WELL has given me so much emotional help and I am forever grateful! This is a safe place to express any feelings you have and is a comfort for anyone that walks through the door, because it is very hard for you not to open up your heart to God and you hunger for more!
The Women at The WELL will always hold a special place in my
heart. It is the very first place I ever spoke publicly about my story. Telling
about my healing from sexual abuse in the safe space of The Women of
the Well confirmed to me that God was indeed leading me to help others
heal. The Woman of the Well is a launching point for God’s purposes and
plans. It is truly a place where we can overcome by the blood of the lamb
and the word of our testimony.
I have been blessed and inspired by the ministry of The Women at
The WELL. The priceless fellowship with other women of faith, whose
similar journeys of courage and restoration through the saving grace of
Jesus, encourages me to hold onto Him and seek the living water in all
seasons of life.
What a blessing The Women at The WELL ministry is! I have had the
privilege of hearing personal and beautiful redemption stories about
Jesus’s amazing grace. Attending the meetings feels like a family
gathering. There is no judgement, just acceptance and love.
